Over twenty-five years later, God has continued to open doors for Kenna to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the nation and around the world, alongside Christian leaders such as Franklin Graham and Dr. Jerry Falwell, at venues ranging from The Pentagon to NASCAR chapels to the local church.

Tony Wood

I am a writer. Writers operate in small rooms, shut away from the rest of the world and kept from normal people. We occasionally invite one - maybe two others to join us in the process of creating. I’ve often compared what I do as a songwriter as to being like one who makes shoes for an artist.

Stephen Christian

Stephen Christian spent years perfecting his craft both on and off the stage as the lead singer of Anberlin. He was able to work with producers/writers including Butch Walker, Neal Avron, Dan Wilson, Aaron Sprinkle and Brendan O’Brien while refining his ability to craft great lyrics and melodies. She began co-writing with some of the music row greats, and continued to blossom at a rapid pace.

Wayne Haun

It's true -- and Wayne Haun would be the first to admit it. He's not the kind of producer who personally engineers his studio projects, but then he genuinely does not have the time to spare. As a 4-time Grammy nominee, 25-time GMA/Dove Award winner, and 3-time BMI Music Award winner, Wayne Haun is known for his behind-the-scenes work as a songwriter, producer, arranger, orchestrator, record label founder, publishing company owner, and more.

Zealand Worship

The journey to Zealand Worship has been a wild and adventurous one that no one anticipated. Led by Phil Joel, best known for his long-standing role as bass player and vocalist for the multi platinum-selling band Newsboys, the band has been faithfully traversing a road that has been as unscripted and unexpected as it has been ordained. When Phil left Newsboys after thirteen years, it wasn’t long before the phone started ringing and ministry opportunities began to emerge from organizations such as Acquire The Fire, Winter Jam, Harvest Crusades, Men at the Cross, major Christian music festivals and churches throughout the United States, New Zealand, Australia and even China.

Joel Lindsey

Joel Lindsey is one of the most celebrated and award winning writers in the genres of CCM and Inspirational music. With over 800 cuts, Joel has garnered 20 #1's, with songs recorded by a "who's who" list of CCM and Gospel artists. In addition, Joel has cuts with mainstream artists such as CHRIS MANN, CLAY AIKEN and THE BACKSTREET BOYS.

“I’ve always been a fearful person. And the thought of stepping out was scary for me, but I had promised the Lord that if He said go, I would go.” - Blanca For most of our lives, we associate who we are with where we are. Be it a house, a job, a relationship…it’s natural to let our surroundings define us. Sooner or later, we often forget that we even have an identity beyond where we are and what we do. If and when the familiar goes away, we have a choice—lose ourselves alongside everything else or rediscover who we’ve been all along...

Deena Jakoub and Brandon Brown, originally from Dallas, found new inspiration in Nashville, where drummer, Kyle Levy, and guitarist, Trevor Hinesley, joined to complete the group. VERIDIA officially formed in 2013. Their unique fusion of alternative rock and electronic elements quickly attracted major label attention. In their short time together, VERIDIA has already played Suburbia and Gulfport music festivals, opened for Red and Demon Hunter on their recent tour, and will be appearing at Voodoo Fest in October. The band has also been tapped to play the 2014-2015 Winter Jam tour.

Family Force 5

Derek “Chap Stique” Mount recalls a conversation he had a few years ago with Jerome Olds, the patriarch of the family whose sons started Family Force 5 over a decade ago. “At one point he said to me, ‘Hey man, you know what’s wrong with you guys? When you first came out, you were reckless. You’re not reckless anymore,’” recalls the guitarist. “And on this album, we wanted to capture that recklessness again. Just hit ‘record’ and see what happens.”...

We Are Messengers

We Are Messengers is a family, band and ministry from Ireland now based in the United States. At the heart of our vision is the desire to serve God and to see His radical love transform our lives and our communities....

Big Daddy Weave

Truly compelling music makes the personal universal. Few artists have done that more consistently or more movingly than Big Daddy Weave. Through more than a decade of hits like "In Christ,” “Audience of One,” "You're Worthy Of My Praise," “Every Time I Breathe,” What Life Would Be Like,” and “You Found Me,” they have shared the journey in a way that has won the ongoing respect of fans, press and industry alike.

Chris August

Chris August has struck a balance in a beautiful tension. The soulful singer-songwriter who cites influences from Stevie Wonder to Boyz II Men accepts the call to speak the truth and pour every ounce of his being into his music, without taking himself too seriously. This equilibrium is evident on the award-winning artist’s new record, The Upside of Down.

Before the fall of the Soviet Union, American missionaries would set up Christian radio stations along the Soviet border and transmit the Gospel into the communist territory. Religion was seen as a threat to the Soviet leadership, so the government would try to jam the frequencies. But—as it tends to do—the message of the Gospel would still come through. People listening closely and at the right times could hear the good news of Jesus broadcasting through the radio.

Francesca Battistelli

Call it life feeding art. Call it truth in advertising. Call it a vintage Francesca moment. It happened as Francesca Battistelli was working on the follow-up to My Paper Heart, one of the most joyful and successful national debuts in recent memory, and it provides a telling glimpse into the mindset that makes her art so powerfully uplifting.

Group 1 Crew

If there's one word to aptly describe both Group 1 Crew's artistic ingenuity and personal growth since we last heard from the five-time Dove Award-winning troupe, it's certainly Fearless as the title to their fourth studio CD so boldly proclaims. Besides pushing the musical envelope towards an endlessly infectious stream of hip-hop, rap, pop, rock and inspirational confections, it's impossible not to notice the exponential personal growth for co-vocalists Manwell Reyes and Blanca Reyes Callahan.

Love & The Outcome

Imagine, if you will, selling most of your worldly possessions (including the place you call home) and hitting the road to pursue a musical vision. You're leaving your native country. You have no idea what's ahead. You don't know where you'll rest for the night. You take stock and realize that all you have—or all you have left—are your songs, your dreams, your spouse, and your trust in God … and these four things make up the rope of hopefulness you cling to, day in and day out.

Meredith Andrews

Meredith Andrews has always had a gift for writing honest, compelling songs that resonate powerfully with an audience. Over the course of her first two Word albums, people have come to appreciate the Dove Award-winning artist’s love for God and her heart for people. She’s formed a strong bond with her audience, and yet as open and vulnerable as Andrews has been before, the true heart of this gifted artist is best revealed on her new project Worth it All.

Sidewalk Prophets

Their background may have made it look easy—after all, Sidewalk Prophets toured with Jeremy Camp and Audio Adrenaline on the strength of independent albums, then rode the popularity of their first Word Records release, These Simple Truths, to a Dove Award for Best New Artist and a nomination for Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year. "The Words I Would Say" hit #3, "You Can Have Me" went Top 20, a Christmas single, "Hope Was Born This Night," hit the Top 10, and "You Love Me Anyway" went all the way to #1 on the Billboard Christian Singles chart.

Benji & Jenna Cowart
